Swala lands Tanzanian Orca for Songo Songo production

Tanzania's Swala Oil and Gas will pay US $130m for a major stake in Orca Exploration and its interest in the Songo Songo field. The cash will buy a 40% interest and Orca said it will use the money to diversify itself further.
