Kosmos is close to completing its giant new 3D seismic shoot off Sao Tome & Principe and is setting a timetable for drilling. The US independent, and partner Galp, signed up for four blocks which neighbour the deepwaters of Equatorial Guinea and Gabon and are shooting 13,000sq km of 3D seismic. This is now 85% complete with drilling being pencilled in for 2019.
