Bourbon wins Total Namibia work as Shell talks up prospects

Bourbon Marine & Logistics has been awarded the contract to support Total in its high risk Venus well off Namibia early next year while Shell confirmed its hopes for drilling in its own neighbouring acreage. Total will be drilling the well-publicised 2 Bn boe Venus prospect in Block 2913B on the border with South Africa in the second quarter of next year.
