Victoria seeks new customers after terminating Cameroon gas supply

Cameroon centred Victoria Oil & Gas is having to look for new demand for the gas from its Logbaba field after terminating the supply to its biggest customer for unpaid debts. Victoria started supplying ENEO at its power plant outside Doua-la in 2015. It has regularly had problems in the past with its over-reliance on ENEO as a customer. Altaaqa, the generator supplier to ENEO, suspended operations in September due to non-payment of invoices. Victoria has therefore not provided gas since that date but has continued to invoice ENEO based on a take-or-pay contract.
