Nigeria wins more time and shows strong case of P&ID gas fraud

Nigeria's government was granted more time by a UK judge to challenge the US $10 Bn arbitration award, more than a quarter of the country's foreign reserves, in favour of P&ID. Judge Ross Cranston said in a judgment that Nigeria had established a "strong prima facie case of fraud."
