'Very healthy price' as trio chase Nigerian FPSO

Technical operator Petronor said it is close to agreeing a price for a replacement FPSO for the Aje field off Nigeria with changeover due next year and three contractors rumoured to be involved. The Abu Dhabi backed company, which previously took over African Petroleum, took the lead technical and management role for future oil and gas phases of Aje last year and also said it hopes a new vessel could take in production from neighbouring fields such as Ogo.
