Nigeria's oil ministry will present the redrawn petroleum industry bill(PIB)to the president Shortly with the minister saying it will offer better terms for both existing production and new developments.The bill will be presented in one piece with four chapters.An effort to pass reforms by breaking them into several bills in 2018 fell flat;only the governance bill made it to President Buhari's desk,and he never signed it.
