Penspen takes Nigeria Morocco pipeline FEED

Penspen has won the FEED contract for the proposed pipeline to take Nigeria's gas to Morocco and potentially take in gas from other West African countries en route. The UK company has an alliance with Nigeria's Crestech and completed the feasibility study for the proposed 5,700km pipeline last year and has now been awarded the next stage by national oil companies ONHYM and NNPC. The pipeline will run onshore and offshore and potentially take in gas from other West African countries en route and provide an outlet to Euro-Dean markets without the need for LNG facilities.
