Adaptability as a Tool for Managing an Enterprise in a Turbulent External Environment

In this paper, which based on the analysis of the enterprise’s practice adaptation processes to changes in the external environment and the environmental factors associated with them, it is proposed to focus on internal resources and opportunities: to adapt the organization (enterprise)to a rapidly changing, turbulent external environment, to activate the potential of employees, systematically combining all the elements of the company and unite them together with internal communications and thus, forming a project of the adaptation. For this it is necessary to analyze theprocesses and results and, if necessary, make adjustments. As follows from our study results, the changes are always individual and flow from the real situation, but for the success of the entire organization’s adaptation and launching it to the orbit of sustainable development, theprocesses of change must be managed from a unified center. Also, we have revealed that changes introduced to the internal systems of the company must be compatible, shouldn’t contradict and must be well balanced. At any rate-should not have a negative impact on company functioning. Requirements,which are considered adaptation to a change in the company external environment, will afford as we have shown, to ensure its competitiveness, stability, flexibility, and compliance to the actual circumstances in activities.
