摘要

Recent development of automobile pollution and environmental limitations of fossil fuels has been progressing steadily. Motors used in eco-friendly vehicles are core electric field technologies among the components of eco-friendly vehicles. And the motor manufacturing technology isexpected to become increasingly important in the future. Motors used in eco-friendly vehicles are constantly evolving for high efficiency and energy saving. Also, motor core manufacturing technology is being developed as a core technology. The technique of fixing the magnet to the motor rotorcore by epoxy is one of the techniques for manufacturing the motor rotor core. Disengagement of the magnet during rotation of the motor rotor is closely related to the breaking strength of the epoxy adhesive portion. Besides, the studies of breaking strength are actively underway. In thisstudy, shear strength was checked to study the detachment of the epoxy bonded magnet to the motor rotor core. And the centripetal force for rotation was studied. And it was verified by finite element analysis. Also, the adhesive bonded with epoxy was applied and the results were studied.
