Far-UK has sold its controlling interest in carbon fibre braiding specialist Axon Automotive Ltd to Bawtry Investments Ltd. Far-UK of Nottingham acquired Axon Automotive of Wellingborough, both in the UK, in August 2013. Axon was established in 2006 to commercialize its Axontex braiding process. Far-UK's Technical and Commercial Directors, Kevin Lindsey and Chris Taylor, had been working at Axon before they helped set-up Far-UK.
