A note on the intersection property for flat boxes and boxicity in R-d

By extending the definition of boxicity, we extend a Hellytype result given by Danzer and Grunbaum on 2-piercings of families of boxes in d-dimensional Euclidean space by lowering the dimension of the boxes in the ambient space.
