Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has directed Thai Nguyen Iron and SteelCorporation (Tisco) to resume work on a suspended steel project.He requested that the company should negotiate with the China Metallurgical Group to resolveproblems, determine the total investment required and prepare the most beneficial plan.
