The Chinese lithium-ion battery industry seemed unaffected by China's Black Monday stock market crash in the summer, and doesn't appearto have been jolted by many aftershocks. Quite the opposite, with lithium-ion continuing apace, not least in domestic firms. 2015 has seen 17 projects announced in China, bringing the total investment to 20 billion RMB (US$7.8 billion) by September.
