Intense Ga-68-Pentixafor Activity in Aldosterone-Producing Adrenal Adenomas

Ga-68-pentixafor, a ligand of CXCR4 (CXC chemokine receptor type 4), has been reported as a potential PET tracer to evaluate a variety of pathological entities. We report intense Ga-68-pentixafor activity on PET/CT in 2 patients in the histopathologically confirmed adrenal adenomas, which were the cause of their Conn syndrome.
