Lesvos, Greece: An Island Rich in the Clay TYadition

Flashback to September, 2016 — I have returned to my ancestral home in Skala Eressos, Lesvos, Greece to visit pottery studios and interview a few potters there. I wanted to hear first-hand accounts of how recent world events have caused a precipitous drop in tourism, the mainstay of income for many on the island, especially its fine craftsmen.
