Hypoallergenic DNA Vaccines

摘要

Recent clinical success of DNA vaccines against diseases like HIV or malignant melanoma have rekindled hopes that a major breakthrough of this novel immunisation technique is imminent. This also promotes the use of DNA vaccines for less perilous diseases such as allergy. For prophylactic vaccination of healthy individuals enhanced safety requirements have to be met, including the use of hypoallergens.
