CIC@30 EVENT FOCUSING ON DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

I attended the CIC@30 event with Jayne HalL, Vice-President CABE and Christine Leigh, North West Chair CABE. The CIC@30 event took place on Thursday 15 November at the Great Portland Estates in London and successfully attracted over 60 industry professionals who supported the diversity and inclusion work being undertaken by CIC and its member organisations. This launch event on CIC's 30th birthday is a part of the work being undertaken by the CIC Diversity and IncLusion panel. I represent CABE on this panel and am proud to say that the diversity and inclusion work being undertaken across CIC members is increasing and starting to have a real impact on the industry through raising issues including the gender gap, disability, health and wellbeing alongside other key diversity and inclusion issues.
