LONDON (ICIS)--Europe’s spot T2 fuel ethanol prices have traded lower amid fading buying interest and abating concern about tightness following Vivergo Fuels' announcement of an early closure in late November, sources said on Wednesday. Prices initially spiked in the wake of news that Vivergo Fuels plans to bring forward and extend an annual shutdown at its 420m-litre/year bioethanol plant in East Yorkshire, one of Europe's largest, from the end of November.
