China’s Kingboard Yangzhou restarts phenol/acetone unit

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Kingboard Yangzhou restarted its acetone/phenol plant on Monday following a shutdown due to equipment failure, a company source said. The Yangzhou plant, which can produce 200,000 tonnes/year of phenol and 120,000 tonnes/year of acetone, was shut on 2 March.
