US September butac exports fall by 30% year on year

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US September butyl acetate (butac) export volume declined by 30% compared with the same month one year ago, according to the most recent data from the US International Trade Commission (ITC). However, September butac exports were higher by 9.2%, compared with the prior month. The top destination for US butac in September was Mexico, which took 55% of the month’s export volume, followed by Canada and Brazil.
