Europe etac prices rise on high end, good demand

LONDON (ICIS)--The high end of European spot prices for ethyl acetate (etac) rose this week, according to sources on Friday. Etac prices were assessed at ?980-1040/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe) - an increase of ?20/tonne on the high end. Prices slightly either side of this range were heard, but could not be confirmed in the wider market.
