Canadian potash start-up Gensource looks to raise $1.5m with share placement

LONDON (ICIS)--Gensource Potash is hoping to raise up to $1.5m with a private share placement, as the Canadian muriate of potash (MOP) start-up looks to better support its prospective Vanguard One project. The placement will consist of the sale of up to 23,076,924 common shares at a price of $0.065 per share, and will close on or about 29 November.
