SAN ANTONIO, Texas (ICIS)--NOVA Chemicals’ new 450,000 tonne/year linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) unit is about to ramp up to full capacity, a senior executive said on Sunday. “We are running at around 80% of capacity now and everything is going smoothly. We will be at full capacity within a matter of days,” said Naushad Jamani, senior vice president for olefins & feedstock at NOVA, on the sidelines of the International Petrochemical Conference (IPC).
