Domestic prices of BDO in China likely to remain flat amid slow trade

SINGAPORE (ICIS)—Spot prices of 1,4-butanediol (BDO) in the domestic Chinese market are likely to roll over in the period from 26-30 September, market players said on Tuesday. Public holidays in the Chinese market in the first week of October weighed down on buying activity as most market players were also exercising caution with procurement amid lacklustre demand for BDO, sources said.
