Mitsubishi Chem acquires German semiconductor services business

LONDON (ICIS)--Mitsubishi Chemical has agreed to acquire German semiconductor services business Cleanpart Group for an undisclosed sum, the Japanese chemicals major said on Tuesday. The acquisition of Cleanpart, which provides services to the semiconductor industry in Europe and the US, will allow Mitsubishi to offer precision cleaning and coating services on a global scale, it said.
