LONDON (ICIS)--The extent of new China anti-dumping duties on ethanolamines imports has stunned players across regions and is likely to trigger local output changes and shifts in global trade ?ows. New anti-dumping tariffs are to be introduced in China for materials from the US, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Malaysia from 23 of June, according to a recent announcement by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
