HOUSTON (ICIS)—US June methanol exports surpassed total imports for the first time in at least three decades, marking a milestone brought by the boom in domestic plants over the past few years. The milestone came during the same month as the start-up of the 1.8m tonne/year OCI Natgasoline plant in Beaumont, Texas.
