Honeywell to provide process tech for flagship IRPC Rayong aromatics complex

LONDON (ICIS)--Honeywell is to provide process technologies for work on IRPC’s planned aromatics complex project in Rayong Province, Thailand, the US-headquartered engineering firm said on Thursday. Honeywell will provide licensing, design, equipment and catalysts for the complex, which will produe 1.2m tonnes/year of paraxylene (PX), and increase benzene output at the site from 114,000 to 495,000 tonnes/year.
