LONDON (ICIS)--European acetic acid second-quarter contracts have risen sharply on the back of the hitherto unremitting tightness of the market, according to sources this week. This quarterly increase would mark the third consecutive hike in acetic acid, with the increase already prefigured by successive jumps in monthly numbers.
