Thailand's IVL to acquire 65.72% of Israel-listed Avgol Industries

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Indorama Ventures Ltd (IVL) is acquiring a 65.72% stake in Israel-listed Avgol Industries 1953 Ltd for about $313.8m in cash, the Thai producer said in a statement on Sunday. Under the deal, IVL will acquire a 50.76% stake in Avgol held by HFH International and the 14.96% owned by Bank Leumi Le-Israel, IVL said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 14 May.
