MOVES: UK Johnson Matthey hires Tate & Lyle exec as new sector chief

LONDON (ICIS)--Johnson Matthey (JM) has appointed Joan Braca as sector chief executive, Clean Air, which includes automotive catalysts, battery materials, fuel cells and related areas, effective 31 October. Braca will join JM from Tate & Lyle where she is currently president, food & beverage solutions. She will succeed John Walker who after 35 years with JM will retire and step down from the board on 31 March 2020, the UK-based international catalysts, materials and technologies company said in a statement on Wednesday.
