SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India is raising the customs duties levied on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) effective 6 July, according to a government document. The announcement was made during the laying out of the budget for the fiscal year 2019-2020 in the parliament in New Delhi. India's fiscal year starts on 1 April and ends on 31 March.
