BERLIN (ICIS)--Fourth quarter contract prices for caustic soda have been settled at or close to rollovers in early negotiations, according to market sources."Q4 was a rollover [for NWE] plus or minus. Nordic discussions are [expected to end] mid this week or next week, [they are] still in progress but I feel it's the same," one buyer said on the sidelines of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) annual meeting.
