Shell to sell Martinez refinery to US PBF for $1.0bn

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Shell has reached an agreement to sell its Martinez refinery in the US state of California to PBF Energy for $1.0bn, the Anglo-Dutch energy producer said on Tuesday. The sum is in addition to the value of the hydrocarbon inventory, crude supply and product offtake agreements, Shell said.
