USDA leaves corn stocks unchanged, lifts soybeans

HOUSTON (ICIS)--The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has left corn ending stocks at 1.837bn bushels, unchanged from the month prior, but it did lift soybean ending supplies to 460m bushels, according to the March World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report released on Wednesday. The agency said the projected ending stocks were unchanged citing no alterations to the USDA estimates of supply and use projections, despite considerable market expectations that there would be increases in the domestic ending levels.
