LONDON (ICIS)--Europe polyolefins players are anticipating improved order book volumes and profitability over the next year, despite expectations that business conditions will be more difficult, the Chemical Market Confidence Index (CMCI) showed on Friday. Market assessments of current profitability levels compared to the past 12 months fell close to the lows seen in July, the most bearish outlook for the sector since the CMCI data was first gathered in May 2016.
