Forecasting of the fatigue resistance features for construction materials based on their static strength

摘要

Based on data about strength limits of steels, titanium and aluminum alloys calculation methods of limit amplitudes diagrams in stress cycle for smooth and notched specimens are justified and calculation formulas of sensitivity to loading cycle asymmetry coefficients are obtained. Agreement between rated values and results of experience is rather acceptable.
