Physics of strength, reliability and durability

摘要

Based on a thermodynamic solid state equation formula of durability in power and thermal fields is obtained. Agreement rate between theory and experiment is confirmed by stretching, compression and bending test of materials. It's shown how reliability and durability on a projecting level and during operation are assured. Grounds of physical reliability theory, calculation theory and methods of durability assurance are proposed.
