Linear-resilient wear type of abrasive tools from superhard materials at metal cutting is established and new particular physical law is stated—law of resilient wear of abrasive tools. It means that relative wear q{sub}E is proportional to cutting force P{sub}E and defined by dispersion of active grains retained by resiliently deformed carrying bond system: P{sub}E = E{sub}N q{sub}E where E{sub}N—module of resilient wear; q{sub}E = q{sub}Д+ C where q{sub}Д—wear at the cost of the active grains dispersion, C = q{sub}(B ynp) = const—wear at the cost of destruction of resiliently deformed carrying bond system, C<<q{sub}Д Theoretical significance and applied aspects of the law are considered.
