摘要

The error quantitative appraisal methods and algorithms of the actually obtained screw surface profile are described. This error is caused by profile approximation of tools through technologically adapted lines. The obtained article profile deviation value at each point is defined by perpendicular dropped from this point to proper section of given profile. Flow chart of the automated calculation algorithm is given. The computation results example of twist drill error according to described algorithm is shown.
