In recent years, the sintering bed spraying technology has become a hot research topic, the general effect of spraying medium to achieve an energy-saving and emission reduction sintering has been clarified, such as spraying natural gas[1], coke oven gas[2], oxygen, sintering flue gas and gas from annular cooler. The laboratory research reported a reduction effect of spraying steam on dioxin emissions [3].This paper focus on effect of spraying steam on sintering bed on reduction of NOx and dioxin emissions in actual sintering production in Shougang Jingtang.
