摘要

Due to higher energy demand along with shortage of fossils-based energy sources and the concern of global warming, exploration on renewable energy resources has been increasing. For that, this study focused on solar energy conversion using wet solar cells with seawater electrolytes which were intended to be used in marine environment. Among them, the copper oxides electrodes coated on the stainless steels were used as the anodes for their photocatalytic effect. We would like to present the effect of three types of stainless steels used as the substrates on the photocatalytic properties of copper oxides electrodes.
