摘要

For heat treatment after cold rolling, continuous annealing lines are widely used and strip is heated at about 10 K/s by radiant heating. On the other hand, the effect of rapid heating up to 3000 K/s by direct resistance heating or inductive heating has been studied in laboratory. Furthermore, a pilot line for inductive continuous annealing of steel strip realized by a combination of longitudinal and transverse flux induction devices was built up which provides heating rates up to 200 K/s. In this study the influence of heating rate, annealing temperature and holding time on recystallisation and grain growth was investigated. After complete recrystallisation the grain size distribution was determined both along the rolling direction and along the normal direction.
