Towards the wearable video diary - memory retrieval, editing, transportation, and exchange in daily life

摘要

The aim of this study is to develop the Wearable Video Diary system with vision interfaces to aid in memory retrieval. The system must provide users with "Memory Retrieval, Editing, Transportation, and Exchange," 1) to digitize and store his/her everyday experiences as augmented memories (his/her viewpoint video and audio), 2) to recollect the event by retrieving the augmented memory he/she wants and replaying it, 3) and to permit others to view some of his/her augmented memories to share his/her experiences with other users. The authors have designed the framework for the Wearable Video Diary and have developed some of the modules of the framework.
