I have to say in general considering the future is preferable to looking back. So, in meetings at work, while we do scan through the minutes of the previous meeting and look at the action points, the key aim is always to get onto the agenda as quickly possible and consider where we are going next. The same applies but even more so to editing a monthly magazine. Once an issue is completed then, after a rest, regroup and some catching up with stuff that has slipped, it is on to the next issue.
