摘要

The theory analysis and various examplex of a practical realization of a method of a measurement of a relative dielectric permeabilityε*=ε'-iε" of materials in a range of frequencies from 0, 5 up to 26 GHz is reduced. The results and errors ofmeasurements of a value ε' from 2 up to 200 relative units, and tangent of an angle of dielectric losses tgδ from 5·10{sup}(-5) up to 2·10{sup}(-2) are exposed.
