Linnik tomographic microscope for the optically transparent objects investigations

The different applications of the Linnik tomographic microscope for investigations of biological and technical phase objects are described. Experiment results for interferometric microscopy of human lymphocytes, rabbit muscular fiber birefringence measurements along with microlens arrays and embossed holograms by nondestructive testing are presented.
