Linnik tomographic microscope for measurements of the 3D refractive index spatial distributionwithin optically transparent phase objects is described. Microscope is based on microinterferometerMNN-4 with laser lighting source and interferometric computed-tomography is fully automatedintegrated system that incorporates CCD camera, frame grabber; computer operated PZT mirror andtwo-coordinate table. Microscope measurement system and performance characteristics arepresented.
