摘要

The suggested measuring device is based on the effect of ultrasonic signal production by pulse of ionizing radiation traversing media. The thin aluminium plate (0,2 mm) has been used as registering element. It's mounted in a ring-shaped ceramic acoustic transducer (AT) with the thickness of 2 mm. Small thickness of Al plate makes possible to minimize the distortion of measured beam parameters while the application of special technology of AT production guarantees the high sensitivity of the device. The device calibration was carried out at ITEP accelerator using 0,2 Gey proton beam with the intensity of 2 · 10{sup}9 - 6 · 10{sup}10 particles/pulse and bunch duration of 70 ns.
